Where does my money go to? 
The cost of your tickets is determined by the average ticket price being approximately $10 for 500 tickets, so an estimate of $5,000.

Can we hold our event in a church, event center, or playhouse theatre?
During the theatrical window, contractually we are only allowed to show the film in theatres that have first run films (i.e. theatres that play new films regularly). For red carpet events the week of October 20th or any theater buy out events opening weekend, theatres that play first run films are the only options. Our team is here to help you identify your options and facilitate a great event for you and your attendees.

How do I pay if I already booked the theater on my own?
In order to schedule and deliver the digital film file to a theater, all booking must go through the Pure Flix team.  Once there is a red carpet reservation in place between Pure Flix and your organization, then we can connect with the theatre to book your event. If you’ve already written a contract direct with the theater locally, that does not mean that the film will actually be playing there unless our team has booked it. For this reason, all Red Carpet Events are to be booked through the Pure Flix Team because this guarantees the film will be shown in your market. Once the movie is booked to show, we can work with you and the theatre on event logistics/event contracts at that time.

What comes in Red Carpet Package? 
These will be shipped out after payment is made August 15 (week of August 15).

       ○    Step & Repeat with Movie Art, 8 ft.x 10ft. On commercial grade 15 ounce weatherproof vinyl. Includes high quality stand with easy to assemble instructions. $299.00 per unit (Used for photo back-drop)
       ○    Step and Repeat Customized with Your logo (used for photo back-drop) 8 ft.x 10ft. On commercial grade 15 ounce weatherproof vinyl. Includes high quality stand with easy to assemble instructions. $399.00 per unit

How Do I pay? 
We will send you the payment options and procedures between July 15 and August 15. The payment will be due on August 15th, and payment procedures will be sent before that time.

Is 5K the total cost?
Yes, the total cost will be approximately $5,000 to cover the cost of tickets, utilization of the theater and the complete Red Carpet Package.

Do we distribute and re-sell the tickets? How do we do this? 
Yes, it is your responsibility to distribute and re-sell the tickets.  We've had groups use Eventbrite as an online platform for payment and distribution of their purchased tickets. Our team has ticket vouchers that you can customize and use for your ticket distribution. Some groups give away tickets, some are selling tickets, and some give them away with a donation to their organization.

Do we have to book the theater ourselves?
In order to be sure the film gets into a theater, it must be booked by our team.  

Can we sell food/drinks at the theater we are hosting at?
The theater’s concessions are to be the only concessions available for guests in the theater.  

We cover a broad geographic area, I’m assuming we can arrange for multiple showings in different theatres/communities. Correct? 
The commitment is 500 tickets per theater location to bring the movie to that theater so long as our distribution team and the theater confirms booking. You can do multiple theater locations (with 500 tickets each location), and/or have multiple auditoriums at one location, depending on auditorium sizes (and you can stagger the start times so that you can greet guests for each show time). For example, you may decide to have one show time begin at 6:30pm Oct. 18 and one start at 7:30pm (with each auditorium size of 250 seats).  This is hypothetical as we do not know what the auditorium sizes are for your theater. When we know your preferred theater location we can look into the options for you.
